Announcing the Bright Horizons Program

Creating pathways to resilience for young adults

Through a partnership between Anthropedia Foundation and the Ben’s Bright Horizons Foundation the Bright Horizons Program was created. This immersive program was designed for young adults (18-25) and promotes personal growth and resilience to address the mental and emotional health challenges that young adults face today.

Young Adults Supporting Each Other

Why Bright Horizons Matters

Being young today comes with its own set of unique pressures – from social media and academic stress to career uncertainty and global anxieties. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your path, you’re not alone. Many young adults experience:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • A sense of isolation despite being constantly “connected”
  • Uncertainty about the future
  • Pressure to “have it all figured out”
  • Difficulty forming authentic relationships

These challenges can make life feel overwhelming, but there is hope. With the right support, you can build resilience, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.

Is This Program Right for You?

The Bright Horizon Program is designed for young adults ages 18-25 who are feeling stuck or uncertain. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of college life, early career decisions, or simply finding your place in the world, this program is for you.

It’s especially effective for those who have already tried traditional therapy or medication but are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the tools to build a fulfilling life.

This retreat offers a safe, immersive space where you’ll disconnect from the digital world and experience real, face-to-face connection with peers who understand your struggles.

The Program: Your Journey to Resilience

Over the course of six days, the Bright Horizon Program will guide you through a scientifically backed journey to emotional growth and personal discovery. This isn’t just a wellness retreat – it’s a structured experience combining psychological insights, practical life skills, and wellness treatments to help you thrive.
